Obituary of Kennedi Caitlyn Banks

Our princess, Kennedi Caitlyn Banks, 17, of Brunswick, NY. passed away peacefully in her sleep in the early morning hours on Sunday February 25,2018 after spending her life making the lives of everyone around her, more beautiful, and full of love. Kennedi gave special meaning to the lives of her mother Tina (Darmanjian) Banks, her stepfather Richard King, her father Adam Banks and stepmother Nicole (DeAngelis) Banks. She was surrounded throughout her life by people who loved her unconditionally, including her grandparents, Charles and Nancy Darmanjian, Nancy Houser, Ginger Schultz, and Andrew and Donna DeAngeles. As well as her great grandmother Louis Houser, great grandfather Harold Darmanjian, and great-grandparents, the late Albert and Thelma Mallory. Those who are proud to call her Sister are Amanda (Banks) Thurber, Zachary Smith, Rhegan King, Isabella, Adam Jr, Damian and Christian Banks. The list of people fortunate enough to be an Aunt, Uncle, Cousin, Niece or Nephew, is too long to write here, but they know who they are, and you will know them too, simply by the fact that those blessed enough to be family, friend, doctor, teacher, school bus driver, therapist, or aide, will smile more, laugh more, live more, and love more because of her. Visitation will be held at the Riverview Funeral Home, 218 2nd Avenue (corner of 104th St.), Troy, NY 12180 on Friday March 2nd between the hours of 4pm and 8pm concluding with a prayer service at 8 PM. A reception will follow immediately at the Cohoes American Legion, 93 Oneida St. Cohoes, NY 12047. Miss Kennedi was currently a student at the Langan School, The family requests that donations be made to the Center for Disability Services in lieu of flowers.
