Obituary of Norma Pascarella

Norma Pascarella, 79 of Clifton Park and formerly of Troy, NY,
passed away on Monday evening, April 28th at Diamond Hill Nursing and Rehab Center after a short illness.
Norma was born in Troy a daughter of the late Frank Pascarella and Edith Youse Pascarella. A graduate of Troy High School, Norma went on to attend Cornell were she studied for a career in Hospitality and Food Service Management.
She was employed at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy for 21 years and then at Cohoes High School for 16 years retiring in 1989. Norma belonged to the Halfmoon Seniors and enjoyed playing cards and being with friends and traveling especially to Casino's in Las Vagas and Turning Stone among others. Norma is survived by her dear sister, June (Michael) Mainella of Beverly Hills, FL.
She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Norma was predeceased by her siblings: Mary Comella,
Ralph Pascarella and Gloria Dumas. A committal service will be conducted at the Mausoleum in St. Mary's Cemetery, 79 Brunswick Rd, Troy, NY on Saturday morning at 10AM, Rev. Anthony Ligato, officiating.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
At the request of Norma's family there will be no calling hours.
