Obituary of Eric R. Nusbaum

Latham Eric R. Nusbaum, "Rick", 52, formerly of Port Jervis, NY, died on October 13, 2011 after a courageous battle with colon cancer with companion, Karen Batko at his side. Rick is survived by his parents; Rose and Neil Nusbaum and Paul Kercher, his children: Erica Nusbaum of East Durham and Eric R. Nusbaum, Jr. of Delmar. He is also survived by his brothers; Greg Nusbaum of Waterford and Kevin Nusbaum of Rensselaer, his sisters, Billy Jo (Roger) Goodrow of Schoharie and Wendy (Anthony) Martone of Deltona, FL., and Karen's son; Alexander Batko. Rick is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and Mary Ramos Nusbaum of Port Jervis, NY. A Memorial Service will be held at Memory's Garden Chapel, 983 Watervliet-Shaker Road, Colonie, NY on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205.
