We are sadden to hear of Kips passing. We have known your family for over 46 years. We have shared in many fun times together, and sadly as we do now too many sad times. When we moved to Schenectady Street in 1971, little did we know what a wonderful friendship would begin. To Kathy, Dee, Rory, Adam and families, know that today we are sharing your sorrow. We are surrounding you with peace, and embracing you with love and say thank you for letting us be a part or your wonderful lives. Our memories will always be good ones. I can still see Kip sitting on the front porch playing his drums, and all us neighborhood kids standing around watching in admiration. Wow. Rest peacefully Kip.
